All AI-generated persons appearing in my films — with the exception of myself — are synthetic characters.

They are not portraits of real people, nor are they based on natural persons. They emerge from generative processes, visual concepts, written prompts, datasets, light, texture, and cinematic intention. Their faces, gestures, and bodies are constructed — imagined rather than documented.

My own image, however, is personal and protected. Any photographs, video material, likeness, or AI-generated representations of me may not be used, copied, altered, trained on, or reproduced without my explicit written permission.

In this sense, my AI films exist in a carefully defined visual space: the characters are synthetic, fictional presences created to serve atmosphere, narrative, and visual meaning — while my own likeness remains reserved and protected.

These figures are not replacements for real people. They are cinematic beings — artificial, poetic, and deliberately created within the evolving language of AI-based filmmaking.
